Doug McNiesh was born near Portland, Oregon to Bob and Joyce McNiesh. Doug has an older sister, Sarah and younger brother, Greg. He spent his younger years participating in Indian Guides and Boy Scouts with his father, taking trips to England to see his grandfather and uncle with his mother, and fighting with his siblings. At the age of 12 the family moved to a town near Seattle, Washington where Doug started to play football in middle school. Doug continued to play football through high school and played as the center and a defensive end. During his freshman year in high school he also met the love of his life, which later became his wife and mother of his children. Jill & Doug dated for much of their high school career, but parted ways through college, while always keeping in touch. After graduating from college with a Construction Management Degree, Doug entered the workforce as a construction manager and shortly after married his high school sweetheart. Doug and Jill tried their hand raising a few dogs before having their beautiful daughter Lauren, followed by the arrival of the witty son, Connor. Doug has enjoyed going for hikes with his daughter and coaching his son’s football team. Now his favorite past time is snowmobiling with his family at their cabin in eastern Washington.
